Implementation is done, will be released on DigitalOcean Mar 20th due to dependencies.

Thanks, okay I will push it git repo. However may not push to maven repo till Mar 20. Is it okay?

@Zacorich - I have pushed the branch 'action-break' which contains this issue commit and up to date from master.
Will merge this branch into master on Mar 20th.

Great job @jeevatkm ! Just read ae7d62d where you've done some job on making error messages more friendly... Thing is, yesterday I was trying to connect to ams2 region and figured out that it wasn't possible due to huge server load on DO side, but it took me some time to understand that. Would be great to get better tips on this kind of scenarios from code perspecive, I mean failure of DO to provide service scenarios. Message such as " 'ams2' Region is not available due to huge load" would mean more to me than smth general like "resource is not available"... Just a thought for you. Thx for fast implementation of latest changes again!
