@fkrauthan I can't reproduce this behavior. Furthermore, the two variables that you mention are not relevant for Push events. Probably your settings are incorrect. I gave some extra info at gitter, if you're still stuck please ask there again.

I still think this is a gitlab plugin issue. I've followed the installation guide. So I've setted up this two git repos. And now everytime a push occurs it fails because that values for the second repo are not resolved. Or do I have to setup two projects one for regular push and one for merge requests?

@fkrauthan I see now. I was able to reproduce the problem, it'll be fixed, thanks. If you're not committing from forked repositories, you can remove the second repository in Jenkins as well and build push events normally.

Ah ok good to know. Do you have already a timeline when I can expect a patched version in the jenkins plugin repository?
