When I create a merge request, I get the jenkins log as below:

Jenkins job was trigged and build. After that, I push new commits to the branch which the source branch of the merge request. The jenkins have no log about that and did not trigger my build job. In the gitlab merge request web page, it shows CI build pending for 81a9addb
When I click the Build page, I got new jenkins log as below:

Do you have a web hook enabled for push events and merge events?

Yes, I had added push and merge request event to the web hook. Look my screenshot:
