[FEATURE] Support "Safe HTML" in descriptions about rest-list-parameter-plugin HOT 6 CLOSED

Hello there.
First of all thank you for the feature request! I dove a bit into the topic and found it to be just based on some missing html properties on the description field.

I will try to finally get pagination in as well and then cut a new release, but if I don't get it that out soon I will try and release with the changes in #130 prior to that.

Hey, sorry, some IRL events brought my pagination efforts to a stall again, however I made at least som progress.
However, due to further limited time I will see to cut a release with the fix alone for now.

well, despite a tiny hickup in the release process (likely due to me still not having enabled CD for this plugin and needing to use my dev machine to release) this went smooth and 1.6.0 should be available with this feature.
Pagination shall follow as soon as I find the time again.
