The data object should contain all the aliases as well. Some behavior was changed in v0.2 that removed the need for aliasing/mapping pks and sks, so I suspect it is that. Your expectation is correct, so I'll take look.

Looks like it was using the post processed data to pass to the default functions. I've added support for passing in copies of the aliased fields as well, which happens earlier in the processing steps. All tests are passing, but need to keep an eye on this to make sure it doesn't introduce any issues.
