@eddiemonge can you post a screenshot? I think the folder/file nesting looks okay, but I would like to see if it's displaying differently for you. Thanks!

Look at the index.jade file. Pretend there wasn't a file in the views folder and it was open. It looks like the index file is in the view folder.

Sorry, I don't think I'm going to update this one. Sibling items should be aligned with the folder vs the arrow (children items are aligned with the label). This is the standard for all other themes (in both Atom & Sublime) and I think it would cause confusion if this theme were to deviate from that.
It's a pretty simple change though if you want to edit your custom stylesheet to update it locally.
