Fixed in JetBrains/compose-multiplatform-core#1277 and JetBrains/compose-multiplatform-core#1289. It will be available in the next release

@ibenabdallah dev1593 (2.8.0-dev1593 for navigation/lifecycle and 1.6.10-dev1593 for compose) is already available and I'll publish 2.8.0-alpha02 during next week

@MatkovIvan Thank you for your answer, when I put the version that tells me, I get this following error, when I launched for iOS :
Uncaught Kotlin exception: kotlin.IllegalStateException: NavHost requires a ViewModelStoreOwner to be provided via LocalViewModelStoreOwner

Please update Compose to this dev version too. At this development stage it's better to keep them in sync.
For the particular issue: I'll revert fallback logic to avoid such requirement
from compose-multiplatform.
