For anyone hitting this, the only way I've found to workaround this is by disabling the task:

tasks.matching { it.name == "syncComposeResourcesForIos" }
      .configureEach { enabled = false }

from compose-multiplatform.

Compose resources are unused in the project.

They are always used if the compose gradle plugin was applied. But if you don't have resource files in the proper places then nothing will be copied into the app.

To disable iOS resource logic you have to add compose.ios.resources.sync=false to the gradle.propertires

from compose-multiplatform.

Can you expand a bit on this short fix? Will Compose multiplatform still generate any Resource files for iOS? Also maybe a .kts example?
