Hey, I'm on my phone unfortunately, but it seems you're missing the conf.d
snippet that's needed for the current versions of fish. It's on the README
of this repo, and the snippet is required for a few other plug-ins as well.

Are you talking about it: curl -L git.io/confd >> ~/.config/fish/config.fish
?
After run it, it starts to work. But I'm using fish 2.2.0. Why it's necessary?

yup. I was talking about that. It's only not necessary from fish v2.3.0
onwards, where it's built into fish.
