The proposed solution will be to serialize map keys into strings for extracted maps. This means that extracted map keys might not be identical to what they are in the sass, but this allows for expressions in map keys to be extracted correctly. The special case of colors will be handled by transforming known colors into their named counterparts, so map keys like white will be extracted like the string white while as arbitrary colors will be extracted into a serialised rgba() string.
