  1. 1KB = 2 ^ 10 B = 1024B
    2:硬盘的标量是按照1KB==1000B计算的，以此计算，标量1TB的硬盘实际使用量是：0.976TB
    3：10Mb/s == 1.25MB/s （八位一比特）。

@pingfengafei 我觉得第三点要强调，运营商说的10M是指10Mb/s，这里的b是 位 的意思。
实际下载时数据是以字节（Byte，大写的B）来算的，所以我们看到的是 1.25MB/s的下载速度。
