Let me look into this and I'll see what I can do

Upon reading into this, audio doesn't actually carry a frame rate, or so people are saying online.

If you could give me proper documentation etc I could possibly add this to the program. Maybe explain more clearly what you'd like to do.

This is what I was thinking.

In this case, the program already supports changing the sample rates to all supported sample rates per codec.
