Update `README` to note that `or`, `and` and `xor` **do** short-circuit about ember-truth-helpers HOT 2 CLOSED

😮 I see! I'm running Ember 4.12 (with ember-truth-helpers 3.1.1) and can confirm the now-short-circuiting behaviour

A more straightforward way to test this without needing the "throw" helper implemented

{{and true (log "AND - CALLED")}}
{{and false (log "AND - NOT CALLED")}}

OR - CALLED
AND - CALLED

XOR still seems to call both though
