FYI: completely blank pages like this are simply ones that I haven't done anything at all with. They don't exist. As soon as I put something there, the menus, links etc come too :)

To anyone looking to work on this: Look at how existing pages work if you're unfamiliar with Chaplin JS. If you have done any single page app stuff (Ember, Angular) you'll get it pretty quick. Even if not, it's not too complicated, and the chaplin docs are, while not great, not bad. Basically you're just wiring up a new route, controller, view and template. I'm happy to help if you get stuck too.
