Thanks for opening the issue. The way to approach the problem is to adjust your selectors/events to account for dynamic content. Stupid Table simply builds up the html for the tbody and replaces it, so all events bound to specific DOM elements will be lost. You just need to code your selectors/events as if you were preparing for an ajax call, if you want to think of it that way.
