@mcamis Assigning to you. This is a super general topic. Can you expand on what's left and either modify this to be a useful issue or close it and create subissues for the correct milestones?

Looks good! There are some issues to port over from the other repo but the app is definitely 'working',

- Not putting in a phone number still sometimes fails
- Stop pre-populating city/state to be picked up in from Ride Zone
- Make sure multiple drivers claiming a rider is covered
- Saving a ride with a phone number that's in use by another ride doesn't work
- Be able to sort driver list by last_active
- Don't let multiple admins edit a ride/driver/etc at the same time
- Better handling of rides assigned to drivers by dispatch HOT 1
- Rework the dispatch page
- Add ability to easily contact groups of drivers from dispatch number HOT 2
- Figure out a sensible response when drivers text the ride zone
