Workaround via api.py::search_artist(), incrementing section index """hits = response['sections'][0]['hits']""" until results for """top_artists""".

@robot3498712, I just merged PR #78. I believe it fixes both of the artist search issues (spinal tap and vanilla ice) you mentioned above.
