Yup I can add that in easily. :)

Of course pfam has to have domain data for it so it can't be too obscure,
but should work fine for other model species.

FYI The program seems to be working with one minor issue -> when the -U flag is used, the first variant change entered is not plotted (probably just an indexing error)
