ok i have updated it by using composer update but it is 3.0.2 now.

Oh dear, I can reproduce the issue you are right. Looks like there is a dependency issue.

You can run this to use the latest version:

composer require jolicode/slack-php-api:v4.5.0 -W

It will downgrade psr/http-message (2.0 => 1.1).
