Sending email to supplier regarding one or more enquiries about mps HOT 1 CLOSED

Back end tasks associated:

• models/supplier.rb (reference, company_name, contact, telephone, email)
• models/composed_email.rb (subject, body, attachment, delivered_at) has_and_belongs_to_many enquiries and has_and_belongs_to_many suppliers
• suppliers_controller.rb#index GET action returning the list of suppliers (not pagination needed right now)
• composed_emails_controller.rb#create POST action
• Job to send an email anytime a new composed_email is created. Make sure delivered_at is updated after a successful sent

Front-end tasks associated:

• List of enquiries converted to a checkbox list (used to select those enquiries to include in a composable email)
• Pop-up window to add suppliers (e.g. using typeahead), subject and body associated to the email. A button (e.g. send) will trigger POST action into composed_emails_controller
