The problem seems to be the alignment marks. The contrast is not good enough. So sometimes the SW "finds" the Alignment marks and sometimes not.

I have the same problem since the 15.7 update. I tried many times to create a new reference image and new alignment markers but the system does not save the changes. I think it is a big fat bug in the last version.

I can only partially confirm this. For me, it's about 2 pixels in size with ROI Analog.

When i add 2 pixel on deltaX and deltyY it fits
