Looks like this is a bug in the actual draft and should be reported to bugs.ecmascript.org.

Oh, if the text of a MS Word macro appears in the HTML version, that's definitely our bug. I should fix it but I have a lot of stuff in the air right now, so it may be a while before this gets attention.
Do you know Python?
We could just do some kind of pattern matching thing and rip out all macro-like text at some point in the fixups.py pipeline. The only reason macros are ever present in the document at all is that there's this whole other document, the Intl standard, that actually uses them to generate better HTML. The ES language spec doesn't.
