once you have a lab, you are able to use the scientists that you have hired to:
Come up with experiments (spend capital)
By spending a certain amount of money, you can start an experiment that has some level of complexity or impact.
You can choose from three randomized tiers which line up with experiments that you aren't really sure of the outcome of.
Deliver on results
After an experiment is complete, you can deliver which means realizing the results of the experiment in it's entirety. This doesn't cost anything, but requires your action to happen. Sometimes these can be good, bad, etc.
Gain experience
As you deliver on experiments, your team of scientists get XP which can be used to cash in for larger investments (TBD)
