It would be hard to make any sort of meaningful video on the topic. To do so requires a solid knowledge of css and that's really about it. The best extra advice I could give is that you use ctrl+shift+i to open the console for obsidian which can help you find what css selectors are being used.
Otherwise, it's lots of looking at the html and figuring out interesting ways to style it. Any style on obsidian has a github so you can also see the raw code and learn a lot of selectors from that.
