这个问题比较难复现, 确实会出现在部分机器上
我自己是13.2.1 m1 mac能够正常使用的

我也出现了同样的问题，不过我是刚配置好的时候能用，过了一会儿，在这期间我关掉了代理，再次打开代理想用的时候就出现了上述问题。

试过重启电脑并且直接开代理, 再使用吗

我从open ai官网登陆了一下，然后就能用了，应该还是和cookie有关系
