Pie chart for most used emoji about chat-miner HOT 4 CLOSED

Hi,
first off, this is my first time doing this, so if I am doing this procedure wrong, please tell me. :-)

I have tinkered a bit with it and implemented a "piechart_emoji" function in the visualizations.py file.

It is using the emoji library and utilises the pandas plotting utility (which in turn calls matplotlib). If this is unwanted, I can try to implement a pure matplotlib solution as well, but this just seemed pretty straightforward.

Regarding the visualization:

I have decided to use the "names" of the emojis as labels, e.g. :victory_hand:, rather than the symbols, because they often get mis-rendered as ❑ . Again, I can change this as well. It is supposed to be possible to render them correctly via a different python library, but I would need to do some research first.

I will open a PR with the change.
