Strict dependency on androidx 2.0.0 about livedata-testing HOT 4 CLOSED

I believe the dependency is not strict.

You could run ./gradlew dependencies or ./gradlew :{module name}:dependencies to see where it is coming from. Please let me know the result.

No worries, but did the Gradle commands help to investigate? It is still possible there is this problem or you found out it is some other library?

Apparently you don't set it as a strict dependency, so the issue is somewhere else.

I had to jump to other stuff, but I think it's unrelated to your code
