Idle Master can't give you more cards than would naturally drop from playing the game; it only simulates playing the game so Steam counts it as game time and drops cards. You won't get a full set of cards through drops. You'll need to buy the rest from the Market or trade for them.

If Idle Master is stopping the idling process before all your card drops are done, then that's a bug and should be reported as such, but that's pretty unlikely so I think you've just misunderstood how card drops work.

But can i just get idle master to continue the game, like if i open a game and i play it for a week or something.
I now there is a blacklist to those game i dont want to idle, but can i not have something for those i want to idle. And i dont want to blacklist all my games just so i can get the cards from those games i want because i have many games, can you help me with that.

No, if you want to manually choose which game to idle and for what amount time to idle it, you'll need to use something else like Steam Achievement Manager. It's called an achievement manager, but you don't even need to bother with that part of it, you can just plug the app ID of the game you want to idle in at the top, then run it (and you can close the first window after that if you want), then just leave the window that comes up open after that.
