I get some results. As the graph read into memory, there are two temp variables used and each of them are about the size of the origin graph. When the two variables were free, the memory was not returned to OS. If you want to get the real memory the system used, you have to do this step manually.
One approach I find was call malloc_trim(0) when I want to know how much memory was used.
And, by the way, the destruct function did do his job, as I see.
