Unexpected Token when installing about terminalgpt HOT 7 CLOSED

I was also getting the same error but I have resolved it by updating the node and npm versions using the below Commands in ubuntu.
sudo npm cache clean -f
sudo npm install -g n
sudo n stable
sudo n latest
npm install -g [email protected]
npx terminalgpt
npx terminalgpt chat
#Enter your new api key.

$ npx terminalgpt
npx: installed 51 in 1.14s
Unexpected token .

npx terminalgpt chat yields the same error.

When running the command npx terminalgpt it returns unexpected token.

same problem on ubuntu 20.04 after sudo apt install npm;npx terminalgpt

I wasn't able to reproduce the error and, due to new versions released, I don't think this issue is still happening. Feel free to open it if you encounter this issue.
