`os_is_network_connected()` always returns `false` when crashing on Linux about snitch HOT 2 OPEN

I investigated this further, os_is_network_connected does in fact return true when crashing on YYC. The issue seems to be Linux specific, which is why I thought removing this check was fixing the problem. YYC vs VM doesn't seem to be an actual factor. I'm not sure if this also applies to Mac OS yet.

As a small addition, while the payload does get to sentry from windows during a crash, the async return does not make it, so it tries to submit again upon relaunch. I don't think this matters much, since sentry seems to recognize it as a dupe.

Thank you for the additional information. I supect I'll just remove that check against connectivity as it's not doing much productive anyway.
