Failing: `Documenter` is a direct dependency, but does not appear in the manifest about compathelper.jl HOT 2 CLOSED

This is a problem with your docs/Manifest.toml file.

Option 1 (recommended): fix your docs/Manifest.toml file:

cd docs
rm Manifest.toml
julia --project -e 'using Pkg; Pkg.instantiate()`

Option 2: Tell CompatHelper to not try to update your Manifest.toml files. To do this, pass a dummy function () -> () as the first argument to the CompatHelper.main function. For example:

run: julia -e '
  using CompatHelper;
  CompatHelper.main( () -> () );'

Option 3: Remove the docs/Manifest.toml file from source control.

I removed Manifest file. I don't know when I uploaded it. I think it was old.
