You can't delete a package (see #11604) but you can move it under a new "umbrella". I'm not sure there's functionality in "Pkg" to do it (or whatever tool you use to register), i.e. from the REPL.
I think this may be the advice #4121 (comment).
See also: #11712, i.e. what it links to: dea440d (I'm not up o speed on the problem, while there seems o be the solution). The README here has info about changing (only) the name.

You cannot unregister a package.
If you move the package to a different Git organization, make a PR to update the URL.
