Are you using MacVim or terminal Vim? vim version?

Hmm, I guess you're running MacVim. (Thanks @vheon)
Looks like it's a side effect of the workaround for the screen freeze problem on MacVim. (See: #36)
In order for the trick to work, I had to unset imd temporarily, which is causing the switch of the input method in your case. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any better way.
So basically, this issue is due to a bug of MacVim. I know it can be annoying to some, but there's nothing I can do about it. (Of course we don't want to sacrifice the screen refresh during the update)

It can install and update, But just automatically switch the input method.

Yes, I can reproduce the problem. But the only workaround I'm aware of for screen freeze problem requires set noimd. I'll let you know if I find an alternative method.
