Allow to configure message body format that JustSaying expects about justsaying HOT 5 CLOSED

This would be a nice feature.
Certainly a good candidate for JustSaying 3.0.

Hi, we have implemented this (not yet published to our fork). We have changed MessageSerializer so that it would have means to override the message type detection mechanism. This allowed us to pass full SQS message body to message serializer - in turn that allows to register custom serializators for SES delivery messages. These serializators then use a different logic to deserialize a message, i.e. handle the format that SES delivery messages are using. Everything else stays the same. Pretty useful.

I will update readme.md file and push code to our repo. Don't think we will be able to provide a PR for this because of outstanding issues (#77 and #79).
