Hi,
It seems KITTI updates their website. The 'RAW' set previously could be downloaded via a script called raw_data_downloader.sh. Our training and evaluation was built upon this and KITTI depth. I checked the script just now, and the files should include:

However, while running the main code, it shows the following error in the function "compute_cost()":
I'm wondering if there is any mistach in the raw data? Since I check the RAW downloaded from KITTI, it didn't contain any *_calib.zip as you mentioned above. The data I downloaded from the website has following structure (take 2011_09_26 as example):

I checked the data structure just now. Each sequence folder, like 2011_09_26_drive_0001_sync, should contain folders below:
image_00 image_01 image_02 image_03 oxts velodyne_points
We read the images as shown here:
img2_path = os.path.join(self.root, folder, "image_02/data", "{:010d}.png".format(frame_id_2))
Would you mind checking if the data loader can correctly find the image frames? It seems the image frame for y was not successfully loaded.
