Transactions often "idle" for several blocks before being included about chainweb-node HOT 3 CLOSED

This is within expected range for our network. As with anything, latencies could very likely be improved if we made that more of an objective, but since we are already much faster (and cheaper) than other PoW L1 blockchains in operation, it makes more sense for us to spend our time in areas that provide higher impact.

"Most transactions take less than 50 seconds in order to propagate to almost all nodes in mainnet."

Is this the normal expected value for propagation or can this improved by tweaking or other improvements? I think p2p networks with lower propagation time exist but maybe there is a reason this can't be expected here.
