PyTorch fails on import about docker-python HOT 8 CLOSED

It seems to also happen in Script Kernels on Kaggle as well

Oh dear, thanks for pointing that out. It looks similar to pytorch/pytorch#2083, in that it happens in notebooks (which use Jupyter) but not batch scripts.

Yeah, it seems like something of the sort. But the extra weird thing is that it happens(/happened) without any other imports being present except pytorch.

I suppose that could have something to do with how (multiple) notebooks and the underlying host work together?

The update in #171, pulling PyTorch up to its latest release, seems to have fixed the issue as far as I can tell. @NegatioN and @kmader, has there been any improvement for you?

Seem like the issue is not solved yet? I still get the error, and the kernel dies when I re-run the same script.
