On second thought, the file upload one might be a problem in the UI, going to investigate this today.
EDIT: Nevermind, looks like something is indeed happening with the backend, assuming that the Kamelet I posted above is a valid one.

Checking this. Sometimes the frontend reverts back to KameletBinding (backend's fault?) and some parts of that kamelet are not parsed by the backend.

Plus this Kamelet template is deprecated:

Removed deprecated spec/flows and spec/flow from the kamelet yaml loader. Must use spec/template as key for the kamelet template.

And it contains some numbers like (2) which breaks the YAML and makes it invalid.

But I will make sure Kamelets are properly parsed in the backend before closing this.

I guess a mix of #74 and KaotoIO/kaoto-ui#516 fixed this.
Although a refactor of the API would benefit the kamelet handling further.
