How are you doing exactly? Are you calling the function manually or you add a map?

Same behaviour with both mapping & manually calling.
vnoremap <silent> <f5> :call neoterm#repl#selection()<cr>
vnoremap <silent> tt :call neoterm#repl#selection()<cr>
these are the mappings I've tried.

. So I'm pretty sure it's not a bug in the repl I'm using.

I disabled all my other plugins and still had the same issue.
