What's happening here is that in https://github.com/kcinnick/nstv/blob/master/nstv/forms.py#L4-L8 , we're only pulling the show titles once, when forms.py
is instantiated. So, when we add a show later on, it doesn't show up in the dropdown because that was already populated using the shows that existed on it's instantiation.
To fix this I'll have to either add newly-added shows to the array that makes up the dropdown on the index page after the add_show
page logic is completed, or look up new shows every single time we go to the index page. I don't want to do that because it'll add 5-10 seconds to each visit to the index page.
