确认是go1.16.6下载失败造成的。
建议直接在tools文件夹下新建go文件夹，并下载好最新版1.17.1版go文件

原因应该是十月一号lets encrypt根证书过期，curl下载就失败了，至于解决办法你可以自行下载，也可以改成wget下载，源码里不提供额外的包以保证安全
