Forwarder not forwarding from groups unless I am admin about telegram-sentinel HOT 2 OPEN

I was able to make it work by changing this line:

                if (config["mode"] in ['1', '2', '3']):

To this:

                if (type(d.entity) is Channel):

It seems not all groups are Chats, but most groups are actually Channels. Not an expert on Telethon or Python, but this change seems to make it auto-detect the type so that the mode is not needed.
