I see now that they were intentionally removed, apparently to support TF3? Are they coming back? Either way, putting something in the website FAQ would be very helpful.

I ran into this issue too and just looked in the changelog and found that it was indeed removed. I'm thinking about going back to version 1.10.

Is there a way to achieve the same effect with other commands? Is using structured data just no longer an option?

I reduced the version to 1.10 and it worked fine.

Why StructuredDataClassifier and StructuredDataRegressor were gone?

I too am surprised these have been removed! The lack of deprecation documentation feels issue-worthy, at a minimum?
