You are using /scshipservices so I would assume you customized Ship and built your own version, correct?

Here's what I would check. Go to your instance and look at /sitecore/admin/showconfig.aspx. Check the IgnoreUrlPrefixes setting. Do you see the Ship URL in there?

I figured you were the one who asked this one before: #60. Can't it be the same thing over again? :)

Hi Pavel,

To answer your first question, Yes, I had to customize ship for the url
difference.

And also yes, I do see this in showconfig:

Also you are correct that #60 was my prior issue, but that was on a site
that had Sitecore Commerce and the storefront code. Unfortunately the same
issue isn't here. This is a very basic "intranet" site that I can't seem
to install to.

Thanks.

Sorry guys. I still don't have resolution for this.
Any ideas why it can't find my scshipservices url even though it's in the
config?

Thanks,
Melissa

Figured it out.

Sorry! Realized it after reviewing your documentation again that:

Register a single new HTTP handler section in <system.webserver>.
Support for classic mode in IIS has been removed.

I didn't have the handler in my web.config.
This carried over from other tasks in my other sites but since this was
new, didn't have it.

Thanks.
