a.out uses an option that is no longer supported by krun about c-semantics HOT 2 CLOSED

Nah, it's because the master branch is only compatible with a patched
version of krun right now (a version of krun that deserializes final
configurations -- that "load-cfg" parameter).

I probably should have done this work in a separate branch, I suppose, but
for various reasons that looked like it'd be a pain. I'll try to resolve
this somehow this weekend.
