Yes, it builds fine for me on macOS and always has. Can you show your command line for a trivial file? For example, I'm just using this for the source below: clang++ -std=c++11 -framework OpenCL foo.cpp.

Can you try enabling exceptions. Also i am using LLVM 6.0

Closing as this appears to be a bug in an old version of libc++, not the headers themselves (see #24). If you continue to experience this issue with a recent version of libc++ please reopen with the details.
