At first I could reproduce the error, but after throwing on the debugger everything worked!
And from that on it also worked without debugger.
-> I assume a new C# build must happen.
Please start your project once in Godot to force a C# build.
After that do a reimport and it (hopefully) outputs "Post processing!"

Restarting / building the project didn't work but attaching the debugger did indeed fix it, that's a very interesting bug :D well solved for now I suppose :)
