Ran into some issues with being able to test this on core 3 I don't have the option to target it. Already created csproj and migrated the packages

guys did you finsih upgrading to .net core 3.0?)
i want to upgrade it to at least net 5, so can somebody commit changes with 3.0 if it is done?

@Varavchik18 Not upgraded to .net core 3.0. If you want you can port to .net 5.
