Zooming with mouse wheel about vtk-js HOT 3 CLOSED

We have not implemented the mouse wheel event, zooming is in there using
(shift Left Mouse or maybe ctrl shift left mouse) we just need to setup the
mouse wheel handling code.

@martinken , I've added some code to capture the scroll which currently trigger some console log.
If you feel like it, you can redirect those events and bind them to some action in the interactor style?
